Recommendedgreat staff! nice variety of activites
RecommendedIt’s a great family to workout with!!! ❤️
RecommendedNicolette Jewel Hursey is the best. So upbeat and she always shows alternative positions for people who need to modify the exercises.
RecommendedI love all the different work out options available to get a good work out! The staff is great. As a senior citizen, The Y has offered me a great place to meet friends and stay active.
RecommendedFriendly people and guests! Wonderful equipment of all sorts plus a massage table machine which is a plus after a workout of sore muscles 💪 I value this place as it helps community kids to service them better as we pay each month! It’s a plus to be a part of something helping children in all walks of life! Plus you get fit and healthy!
RecommendedGreat people clean facilities
Recommendedthe friendly staff and convenient location.
RecommendedI've been a member for about a year, and normally I'm a runner. I wanted to mix it up and the past week I've tried out two classes for the first time, one with Holly and one with Nicolette. I LOVED BOTH! Both instructors were super welcoming and checked in with me after class for feedback. Super great environment, I never felt judged (even though I'm rather uncoordinated) In between training for my races, the classes will be a definite add on to my workout.
