Nicolette Jewel Hursey is the best. So upbeat and she always shows alternative positions for people who need to modify the exercises.
I love all the different work out options available to get a good work out! The staff is great. As a senior citizen, The Y has offered me a great place to meet friends and stay active.
Friendly people and guests! Wonderful equipment of all sorts plus a massage table machine which is a plus after a workout of sore muscles 💪 I value this place as it helps community kids to service them better as we pay each month! It’s a plus to be a part of something helping children in all walks of life! Plus you get fit and healthy!

I've been a member for about a year, and normally I'm a runner. I wanted to mix it up and the past week I've tried out two classes for the first time, one with Holly and one with Nicolette. I LOVED BOTH! Both instructors were super welcoming and checked in with me after class for feedback. Super great environment, I never felt judged (even though I'm rather uncoordinated) In between training for my races, the classes will be a definite add on to my workout.
