Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even for a 50+ yo guy like me who’s had 5 surgeries. Brian the owner is not only a world class athlete, but a world class coach. He helped me do things that I never thought I was capable to do at my age and injury history. It’s always clean and well kept. It’s probably one of the best if not the best weightlifting/powerlifting/CrossFit gyms in Illinois. Highly recommend this club!!!
Different > very interesting..
Nice gym. Good setup for a meet, but desperately needs more bathrooms if they're going to host a power lifting meet.
Wow, had a great time, the staff is wonderful and wonderful at explaining how to work out the facility is great!
