Our kids love it here! The staff shows patience; we know that our kids can be challenging at times. We appreciate you all.
My child attended Bloomington KinderCare from infancy to preschool. During our time at the center our experience was mixed. Cleanliness was an ongoing concern. Some teachers were very kind, patient, and engaging, while others seemed burnt out and not well-suited for working with young children. In our final months, my child frequently mentioned being yelled at by their teacher, among other inappropriate comments, which ultimately led to our decision to leave. This center has been nothing short of incredible. Our son’s teachers (Ms. Anne and Ms. Maggie) are creative, experienced, and talented. They do a fantastic job keeping kids’ attention, empowering imagination, and developing a sense of kindness and empathy for others. Love the school my daughter is in infants an she loves it also.
Staff was very rude to me annd my kids and turns out they're lazy and DO NOT practice hand washing and clearly DOES NOT follow sanitizing procedures per guild lines . If there's an illness in one class it’s going to spread around the entire center and my kids got sick, and the sick will stay aroung at least 2 weeks also my daughter gets diaper rush all the time
