It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone here. Every time I call, it rings endlessly and I never get an answer or a call back. I was just in the office recently and saw staff talking to each other while the phones went unanswered. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to manage your health and can’t reach your doctor’s office at all.

So, I hairline fractured my scapula and fractured 6 ribs at 13 and I’ve been in constant pain ever-since. I’ve gotten tons of massages, seen quite a few different chiropractors, and done lots of physical therapy.
