Really bad service here
Ellos nunca contestan llamadas para ser una cita ni por una pregunta muy mal servicio y nunca mandan las medicinas a la pharmacia y para que entres ver al doctor Durán horas para tenderte
It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone here. Every time I call, it rings endlessly and I never get an answer or a call back. I was just in the office recently and saw staff talking to each other while the phones went unanswered. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to manage your health and can’t reach your doctor’s office at all.
