I’ve had my wisdom teeth out and multiple fillings done by Dr Neilson and it’s always a good experience. Him and his entire team are patient and kind as well as very good at what they do.
I came into town needing a crown put back on. I was given an appointment the next morning where they replaced my crown easily and painlessly. Very friendly and happy people work there. Highly recommend.
Receptionist tells me when I arrived for my appointment, they didn’t take my insurance. She told me they were in network when I called to set it up, calls and confirms my appointment the day before- then she waited for me to drive over and walk in to tell me “they didn’t take it”. I’m wondering if she just wanted to go home early because I was the last patient and he was in fact in network, I called my insurance and they said he was. Thankfully I found another dentist with a kinder and more competent receptionist.
Every member of the staff provided a lovely experience! I used to have anxiety surrounding dentist appointments but Dr Neilson and his team helped me get through that and provided me exemplary care!
