Terrible customer service. These people are a bunch of scam artists they’ll tell you one price and once you get there jack the price up a few more hundred dollars and when you try to negotiate they say “if you don’t have the money to buy the car stop wasting our time”. Terrible people with terrible service they sell lemons and expect you to pay double the price the car is actually worth would not recommend to my worst enemy !
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
Ricky was super awesome to work with! The buying process was painless and fairly quick! Our Avalanche is perfect and dealing with Ricky was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive! Thank you Ricky and Bloomington Auto! Will definitely be here again!
