Jay Perez and Bloomings has been instrumental in helping to keep River Club HOA looking great over the last few years. When Debby, Helene, and Milton hit they were here on site almost instantly and removed so many fallen trees to allow traffice to traverse the main rod as well as removing large trees and other landscape objects from common and private owned areas that fell from the storm. Bloomings has been a GOD send to River Club and I could not have been blessed with a better vendor partner. Thanks Jay!
Today they brought the fresh spring cleaning energy to the yard around my house.I had originally called and asked them to take care of some stuff on my yard they service the community maintenance of the yards around all the houses. At first it took a bit to get them to because they are busy not too long though. They came by today and did a great job trimming the bushes and plants raking the garden beds and getting rid of all the leaves. I was charged $321 for an irrigation repair on Feb 3, 2025 that's now 10x worse then before Bloomings crew repaired it. They were onsite for hours, claimed they tested the system, the leak was fixed and its good to go on Feb 3, 2025. I have it in writing. When I complained, they called it harassment, sent a letter out to the community, and on Feb 10, 2025, Bloomings sent three men over to my house who stood at my front door like football linebackers with no equipment in hand and told me their crew was somewhere in the area. ... read more
Bloomings has served our community for 3-4 years. They provide excellent service and are prompt to reply to any concerns. Head and shoulders above our previous company. And I’m going to add that a person who provided a 1 star review complains nonstop about everything. She is never happy. I hate for the company to get bashed by someone who is unhinged.
I find it's always the management who is responsibility for quality and ethics. Either a company takes pride in these qualities or they don't.
