I have used this shop to consign and I must say, because they mark the items at a high but reasonable price, your rate of return is higher. I don't know if I agree with how they don't contact you if you have a check sitting around for several months...or that they charge to pull your items...or that they hang on to the items and sell them out front on their "discount rack"...sometimes there is no love like self love and this chick definitely has a lot of self love. I wouldn't return to consign, but possibly to shop.

The business has a nice selection of delicately worn garb, however they are not very customer service oriented and they seem to forget their consigners are probably their best customers. I've heard the line..."we have over 6000 consigners and we can't (call you, mail your check, automatically pull your items at the end of the term, etc)" so many times, it seems to be their regular protocol and sales pitch.
