Scott is very helpful and does a great job keeping our pool running with minimal fuss. He is knowledgeable and able to handle many types of systems and repairs. We are very happy with how responsive he is to questions. He always lets us know if he needs to make a schedule change.
I was very disappointed from customer service to pool maintenance. Was charge for part, but when I asked for receipt and box the part came in I was told I didn't need it which I still didn't understand why someone would make such decision for me. It was weird to me that when I started with this company everything was working fine in the pool and with the short amount of time I was with this company my spa and all lights in the pool stop working and asked to be replaced.
