**This review is ONLY for the Towing Service * Terrible experience with this company!I hope Allstate will never work with them anymore!I had been charged for tolls $20 bucks and the guy never took the highway!I had been charged $30 fee for waiting time of 30 min when the acctual waiting time was 15 min. I was not provided with the phone number of the chauffeur either nor with the estimated arrival time!
