Hands down the BEST!! We were new to CA ,happened to come across Blooming Smiles and over 3 years, 1 Filling, lots of cleanings, and 4 teeth pulled later my daughter is in Invisalign and still LOVES her Dental Office! They take the time and talk through Everything with the kids (and of course the adult). Everyone in the office is very welcoming, and have always made my daughter feel very comfortable.
They are very professional and take care of their patients as if they are family. It’s not about the money, it’s about what is best for the child they are treating! We had a bad experience with another dental office under our insurance plan. We came back to Blooming Smiles Even though they don’t take our dental insurance and we pay cash. It’s one of the best investment we do for our kids! They never push you to get things that are not needed and ALWAYS call to check up on the kids after any procedure! Ms. Gina is beyond amazing. The best children’s hygienist! My 4 yr old always has issues and gets so nervous with drs and dentists and this was a walk in the park! So happy we found them!
We’ve been going to Woodland Hills location for 4 years until one day they decided to charge me $45 reservation fee to reschedule an appointment because my child was sick. I paid the money but informed them that I wasn’t happy about it. In response to that they cancelled the appointment while keeping the money, and said that they don’t need clients like me... how professional is that ???
