I went in for a mani/pedi.. was charged $6 extra for the nail polish used when initially they said the color was $3 extra and they charged me $4 TAX when I paid CASH! I asked why the tax if I'm paying cash and not card and the employee said they charge tax for all transactions.. it was an overall good experience just felt a little uncomfortable with the additional pricing at checkout
I had my nails done at this salon and was very happy with the result. After five days, a small crack appeared on one of the nails. I came back, and the salon completely redid the nail for free. The staff was kind, professional, and made sure I left satisfied. Highly recommend this place for their quality work and excellent service!
Went with a coworker/friend when in town for work. We were taken right away and pedicure was great but my gel manicure was super bumpy AND my nails feel super weak. When I went back about an hour later asking for them to smooth out the finish the staff laughed in my face. Horrible manicure but fine for pedicure I guess.
Got a pedicure, very expensive and the lady scoffed at me giving “only” a 15% tip afterwards. The shellac completely peeled off two of my toe nails the next day. The staff are pushy for you to get extras and seem to rush. Won’t be coming back, I’ve had better results for way less money at other places in LES
