Started off pretty good, but quickly declined i came here for some guidance and help with my child all was going good till sessions started with bringing in my son never knew what the problem was, but when i emailed on my concerns and questions she never emailed me back just completely ignored me. Not profesional and would not recommend.

I am ready to share my experience with Blooming Minds after taking some time to reflect. Initially, I had an excellent counselor who created a supportive, safe, and productive environment. Remarkably, she never assigned “homework,” yet we consistently made meaningful progress in every single session. Initially a good experience but eventually had to drop because she would not show up to schedule appointments nor send any of the follow up documents/assignments/readings after the sessions. No notifications of cancellations and several sessions where she would have technology or internet problems. When I informed her I would no longer be her patient, the true unprofessionalism was shown and I couldn’t believe it. Maybe it’s a better experience in person but beware if you’re looking for virtual sessions.
