Such a positive experience! We used a different "budget blind" company a couple of years ago and would NEVER use them again. We decided to try BLOOMIN BLINDS AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!!! Jess and Rob were the epitome of professionalism. Jess walked us through the entire process. Communication was on point, and they showed up as scheduled. We are very pleased with the blinds, and more importantly- THE SERVICE! Highly recommend.
The tech that came by my home today, Jess, was awesome. I was very pleased with his promptness and he had a very friendly demeanor about him, easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and offered several options for me. I will probably not be using them however. The price was a bit more than what I was prepared to pay and with twin daughters getting married within 4 months of each other starting in February, I will have to put my plans for new shades on hold. Maybe we will re-visit this by next summer. Thanks Jess!
Prompt, professional service. On my real estate client's behalf I contacted Bloomin' through their website late afternoon. Rob promptly got in touch by text to learn what the issue was, communicated, set up same day service and stayed in contact until he knew the work was done to the home owner's satisfaction by a highly skilled technician. Could not have been a better experience. Definitely recommend!
