I used Bloominblinds 2 years ago for a repair and was happy, so I called them for a quote to replace my kitchen blinds. They came promptly, but it has been almost 1 month and no word back despite emails sent and a text message asking for the quote. Very disappointed in the customer service this time. Going to look elsewhere.
Male was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of suggestions that we could consider. Thorough explanation of the product and how it works. I was able to actually feel the fabric and see the blocking effects of the light which is what we need. Was quick and detailed taking measurements.
