My first call to Bloomin' Blinds was for a broken shade, installed two years ago by a designer. Alicia was timely, knowledgable and super helpful!! She was able to call in the issue and set up a replacement delivery. I'm incredibly appreciative. Several weeks later her husband and son came to install the new blind, and again were efficient, knowledgable and extremely personable. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Alicia took her time presenting us with many different options at different price points, and did not try to upsell. She had great recommendations to meet our needs and budget. Her communication was great, she kept in touch throughout the process. Jamie did a great job with installation and the process was seamless. Our blinds look great, and I would use this company again without any hesitation.
