Dana worked very diligently as she was repairing my window shade. She was professional in every sense of the word along with being very kind. I would highly recommend Bloomin Blinds and especially Dana to anyone who needs their blinds or shades repaired.
I hesitate to leave this review because the other reviews are so positive but my experience is definitely different. I recently had new windows put in and because they are more shallow than my old windows my blinds will no longer hang without altering the brakets, getting new brackets, or some other modification. I'm not ready to buy new blinds just yet so seeking repair options seemed like the right thing to do.
