This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Months later and the order still has not be completed for fixed. We were sold something that did not fit our request. The request was black out. What was installed filters out only 7% of the light.... Literally 72 phone calls, emails, texts later and I still have ZERO resolution.
We so appreciated Raymond with Bloomin’ Blinds for his kindness and expertise. The manufacturer had suggested we buy all new motorized blinds, but Raymond had them all reprogrammed and working perfectly within minutes. We’re so glad we called Bloomin’ Blinds.

Most pleasant experience and best service I have had from any Vendor I have had this year. Your representative Raymond was excellent. I have ordered a couple of valance for my existing blinds and would like to request him to install them.
Raymond arrived at the beginning of the two hour window and my blind warranty work was repaired in 5 minutes for free. Very pleasant and knowledgeable, as he has been in this field for 14 years and working for this company for 5 years. Would definitely use again.
