Had you guys over to give us an estimate on blinds they were on time they were professional and very personable it was a great experience.

This is the second time I’ve used Blooming Blinds and both times have been beyond excellent. Great, informative conversation with no pressure to buy. They gave some wonderful design advice which we gladly accepted! The turnaround to get our products were quicker than my expectations and install was thorough and very detailed - so much so we did two projects one after another!
Updated to 4 stars: Communications sometimes break down but it how things are handled after issues and the owner did so. He contacted us quickly and apologized immediately for the communication issue. He was very helpful in answering our questions as well as providing additional information about the product. We called them about a month ago looking to ask a warranty question as we just moved into a house in which they installed outdoor blinds. We were told a technician would call us back. After over two weeks, we called them to follow-up as we had not heard from them. We were told that they did see the previous call in their system but were very busy and that they would put a reminder in their system for someone to call us. Still have not heard from them. Very disappointing that they do not have 5 minutes to call back.
