Very professional and meticulous regarding the installation.
I'll state the facts and you decide. I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to schedule a service with Blooming Blinds of Lafayette. I first called on a Wednesday and was told someone would call me back, they never did. I called again the next day, spoke with someone new, and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday at 1:00 PM. That appointment was canceled because the technician didn't want to make the 45-minute drive to New Iberia just for my job, as he would already be in my area the next day. I adjus... read more
