Used Bloomin’ Blinds for a repair and couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything was handled. Communication and setting up an appointment was seamless. The technician, Scott, was professional and knowledgeable. He had my shade working quickly and at a reasonable price. Now the details: I have a Graber motorized shade. Somehow, the charging lead wrapped around the roller and snapped. If I had more wire to work with, I simply could have spliced the wires myself. Unfortunately, the wire snapped at the motor. Love that the blind was able to be fixed in about an hour right at home. While this may not be possible for every repair need having the option to start with in-home repair was wonderful!
