The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Graig, Mike, and the Bloomin’ Blinds team were professional, courteous, on-time, and efficient. We needed cellular shades for 3 bedroom windows after we replaced those windows. I made the appointment request online and had my new custom shades installed in under 3 weeks from the appointment request! We've had Bloomin' Blinds do 2 installs - a small job of only 2 blinds, and then a larger job with several shutters. Both experiences were great, from the initial meeting with Graig to an efficient and neat install by Mike and Scott! Very good people to work with!
Very professional. Liked that they arrived in a Bloomin'Blinds compny van and not some nondescript vehicle. I also like that they wore uniforms and booties. The rep fully explained the products and the functionality to me and the installment was impressive. The installer was meticulous. He even used a dust buster to clean up any dust caused by the holes he drilled. As for the blinds themselves, I have only had them for two days but I do not expect any problems.
Love the blinds! Installation was perfect. I feel like the price was right. I'm absolutely delighted.
Scott from Bloomin Blinds was very helpful. He quickly helped troubleshoot our issue with our cellular blinds and explained how he could repair them. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his repair service.
