Bloomin Blinds was a great company to work with. Cesar came to the house measured and had samples to look at. When the shutters and blinds were ready for installation, the appointment was set and everything went smoothly. It was also very convenient that Cesar sent reminders and let us know when he'd be arriving. I would recommend Bloomin Blinds for your shutter & blind needs.
