We are very satisfied with our plantation shutters from Bloomin' Blinds of South Fort Worth. Cesar was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain the various option we had. He was always professional and prompt. He and his helper installed our plantation shutters exactly as we had requested. We are very pleased. Thank you, Cesar, for helping us and for your service to our country in the U.S. Navy.
I needed to have some old shutters reinstalled after getting new windows. It's good to get them back in place. They look great.
