As a professional in the home industry, I expect companies to stand behind their products. Unfortunately, Bloomin’ Blinds corporate completely fails to do so. We purchased and installed high-end custom shades through their Waco, TX franchise for a client. We are extremely disappointed in Bloomin’ Blinds as a company from the local franchise to the corporate office. Despite reaching out numerous times to the Celina, Texas franchise that services our area and installed our blinds and shades, we’ve received no response. We escalated our concerns to the corporate office, who initially seemed to care, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve the situation. BEWARE! Bloomin Blinds are beautiful after they are installed. After TEN months, 2 of our blinds began to malfunction. They wouldn't stay up when raised. For 2 months, I have REPEATEDLY contacted this company. Emails. Texts. Calls. No response. I learned the 'franchise owner' in our area has quit and there is no one to help me. I reached out to a nearby franchise owner and, no they could not help me. It seems that I will need to involve AG to make this company stand behind their product.
