BEWARE! Bloomin Blinds are beautiful after they are installed. After TEN months, 2 of our blinds began to malfunction. They wouldn't stay up when raised. For 2 months, I have REPEATEDLY contacted this company. Emails. Texts. Calls. No response. I learned the 'franchise owner' in our area has quit and there is no one to help me. I reached out to a nearby franchise owner and, no they could not help me. It seems that I will need to involve AG to make this company stand behind their product.
