We had our beautiful blinds installed in five windows in Oct 2024. It is now July 2025 and a couple of the blinds are not working as they should. No problem, I thought. But I have called every #, sent emails, texts, etc and the company or the salesmen will not return my calls!!! So they are nice when installed but beware if you have trouble while they're still under warranty!
Dereck was great. Prompt, professional and quality service. Plantation shutters with a lifetime guarantee. Definitely increased our home value.
A quality product that really makes are deck look great. Derek very professional and did and excellent job installing the blinds. Highly recommend.
While my blinds won’t be able to be fixed due to the make, Derek was great on explaining various options.
