An appalling way to run a business. I ordered flowers for a relative in hospital on their birthday, and when they didn't appear after 3 days I tried to follow up. No response from phone (rang out), text message went unanswered, all emails to sales@ and hello@ bounced back. I tried to Google the owner, and found their profile on LinkedIn with their personal address.
