Beautiful gown the young woman serving was fantastic very helpful my dress was so beautiful
Staff were friendly but didn't offer to try on any dresses so we went elsewhere and got what we wanted

We do reccommend and prefer that prior to coming into the store you give us a call to secure a try on appointment so we are able to give you a full hour and our full attention whilst trying on dresses as we do like to prioritise the brides that have made a official booking.
Unprofessional on the phone, so didn't bother to make an appointment will shop elsewhere.
