Lisa was terrific in everyway. She was polite, gave us straight forward information, a true professional - and a warm and caring person. She stated she loves assisting people in finding their homes. We could clearly see this is a passion of hers. We can't thank you enough Lisa. We will recommend you to the next healthcare workers coming in the next months.
Do not fill out an application fee + the $200 unless you want to get scammed. Lisa told me to fill the application out wrong w my friend annd made us both pay $200 that they anre now not giving back. And then didn’t show me a real unit until I had payed that. They will show u a model that looks fantastic then you’ll be blindsided. Also the no smoking rule in units doesn’t seem to apply. The unit I was shown reeked of cigarettes. Dave yourself the headache and find somewhere nicer for the prices they offer.
Lied about leasing prices on the phone. Booked an appointment and drove 45min for my time to be wasted
• Maintenance is never proper, only layers of caulk again and again • No long-term repairs, just temporary fixes piling up • Told to either pay for my parking spot (earlier included) or give it up so they can resell at 40 each • Pool almost always has some issue, rarely usable • In all these years, the only change has been new speed bumps, occasional paint job on a random fixture • Carport fees, like the units, are simply “caulked over” without real solutions
This place continues to go downhill since Beacon took over. Rent's $500 more a month than when we first moved here in 2019, and on top of that they are now charging $40 a month if you want to continue using a carport, which was included before. On top of that, current residents get zero upgrades while continuing to pay more. Half of the street lights don't work and they seem to have no intention on getting them repaired, which just makes things dangerous at night.
