I am not picky about where I live, and I have lived in many different places, but I have never been more frustrated with a property than I was here. When my partner and I toured, we were shown a clean, renovated model with hardwood floors and a large, new washer/dryer. We lived 3 hours away, so we only had one day to tour and ultimately signed based on what we were shown. I lived here 3.5 years, these are just okay. If you get a remodeled apartment they barely have any storage, hardly any kitchen cabinets, no linen closet, no drawers in the bathroom vanities. The remodeled one I lived in was done very poorly, the kitchen island was at an angle from the wall, the laminate was not laid well (patches of concrete visible under the dishwasher), all of the blinds were crooked. Extremely worst maintenance ever. I have given complaint to check and replace dryer more than 10 times in past 2.5 years and very poor response. It was old dryer when I came in and it Extremely frustrating
I’ve lived here for just under a year. The community is quiet and the office is always very friendly the few times I’ve been in there. The gym is much nicer than pretty much any apartment I’ve lived in (I’ve lived in apartments in 10 major cities in 10 years). Yesterday, my hot water quit working and I called the office and reported it to Destiny. She kept me informed through the entire process and they repaired it within 24 hours of me reporting it and they had to replace the entire water heater. Would recommend to anyone l... read more
