Extremely worst maintenance ever. I have given complaint to check and replace dryer more than 10 times in past 2.5 years and very poor response. It was old dryer when I came in and it Extremely frustrating
I’ve lived here for just under a year. The community is quiet and the office is always very friendly the few times I’ve been in there. The gym is much nicer than pretty much any apartment I’ve lived in (I’ve lived in apartments in 10 major cities in 10 years). Yesterday, my hot water quit working and I called the office and reported it to Destiny. She kept me informed through the entire process and they repaired it within 24 hours of me reporting it and they had to replace the entire water heater. Would recommend to anyone l... read more

Great community w/ some of the best amenities, like a modern and complete gym, updated appliances, etc., and one of the best priced complexes around. The office crew was kind during our tour, patient when we were deciding on a unit we wanted, and very welcoming during the move-in process. Our neighbors are also friendly. Very close to Woodward, Telegraph, and downtown Auburn Hills, so there's no shortage of things to do in the area as well!
