Was here two weeks in a row with someone having eye surgery. The waiting room was freezing. The thermostat read 59. I asked both weeks if they could raise the heat as it was 11 degrees outside on our second visit. As I froze they said there was nothing they could do. I asked the young lady at the front desk to relay to someone about the lack of heat. When I came in the first time I needed to use the rest room on the first floor. Combo on the door. Dr.Finkelstein has given me the greatest care I could ask for. From being patient and understanding to breaking everything down for me that I needed to understand. He’s been super gentle and performed two surgeries on me that went well from beginning to end. Definitely recommend him.
