Had some issues initially with the transition from Mark Management to Village Green. SO much better now so im updating my review to reflect!
Had a tour of Bloomfield Place along with Ms Storm such a beautiful spirited person speaking wit and in person she took her time explain the luxury of living in Bloomfield Place...I fell in love with the one bedroom...comfy cozy looking forward to becoming a long-term tenant...
Storm has been great to work with! She's answered every question I've had and made my move in process a breeze.
I've lived here for a couple of months now. The property is well-maintained and pretty quiet. I had an issue with my window and my dishwasher and Storm helped get a work order scheduled right away. She’s always so nice when I call the office and makes sure things don’t fall through the cracks. Appreciate that kind of follow-through!
Looking for apartments has always been something that has been stressful for me. Storm made the process surprisingly stress-free and fun! She is very informative and compassionate. She was also patient and answered all my questions during the tour. Definitely recommend Storm for all your leasing/move in questions!
