Mr. Bloomfield seems to take a transactional view of lawyering with an eye toward maximizing authority and fees. A friend recommended him for a case to help handle a divorce and sale of a property. The eponymous ruler of the Bloomfield Law Group maybe stuck in the last century but he is well-versed and conscientious in his approach and execution for his clients in commercial law. They are somewhat stuck in their ways and the staff is somewhat eccentric but why change a good thing if it works?
