UPDATE JULY 2022: AGAIN, I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. There has been nothing but delays with this builder. DO NOT USE THEM. They are now estimating closing mid August. If we could go back in time, I would have NEVER picked Bloomfield. UPDATE MAY 2022: We have now reached out to the VP of sales. He basically said other builders must "do a better job than us scheduling things." What kind of explanation is that? We were told in the beginning of May that one of the main delays is HVAC.
