Um. I was here as a Red Cross disaster volunteer to handle a house fire. Homes are beautiful. But why are you not building them with fire alarms? How about fire sprinklers in ceilings????

I came briefly to get information, the employees were very helpful and polite. Although, it seemed they wanted me to hurry and get out of their office. Maybe they were just busy that day.
