Design of the homes are nice , but horrible builders. Make sure you go and check construction work if you are building a home with them ,some broken woods were not replaced , they just put the wall to cover these. One of our tub have a big gap underneath around the title and they said it’s supposed to be like that , but the one on first floor looks different.
