Good floor plan design and nice staff. Very helpful
Not the best builder our home has lots of flaws for it to have been so expensive. We have had electrical issues and plumbing issues. When we came to see the house there were beer cans all on site so Im sure that contributed to the many flaws. They used cheap materials we can hear every little sound outside. So the windows, doors ect. Are cheap. I wouldn’t buy a Bloomfield if I could change builders I would.

I love my neighborhood Ridge Ranch and the Bloomfield homes. You can't go wrong in my opinion in any floor plans. Top Notch! :-)
