I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jason McFarlin and Nancy Shoemaker. They made what can often be a stressful home-building experience feel easy, enjoyable, and genuinely special. Jason was always friendly, patient, and incredibly responsive. He offered thoughtful suggestions for upgrades that were actually useful, but never once pressured me into making a decision. He kept me informed throughout the construction process and was always there whenever I had a question or concern. Nancy was simply amazing.... read more

Updated review on 9/5/2026 - Finally, the contractor received the work order for my home and came yesterday to repair the issues. They mentioned that they had not received a work order before. I love my new Bloomfield home. Jason and Nancy were a great team. They answered questions and kept me updated during the entire process! Jason was very informative and helpful during the selection process. Nancy had great attention to detail which made the closing walk thru easy! Thank you for designing a beautiful place to call home

Bloomfield has taken much of the stress out of our home building experience! We looked at no less than 5 builders in the area and Bloomfield was the clear choice with floor plans and upgrades available. They do their best to make sure your home is perfect during the build stage and will go out of their way to make sure everything is up to your liking. Cannot recommend enough!
