This is a good community good locality but even 2848 sqft house also they’re overpriced. I’m not sure why people gonna pay 800 K for two bedroom apartment size houses. We looked at 4171 Millpond Drive and it very tiny hall even you cannot fit two sofas and master bedroom also you can not fit kind size bed. But whoever taking this house, definitely gonna regret it. It will not have good selling price also in the future.
