I just closed on my home today, so I can't leave a detailed review of Bloomfield Homes yet. However, I want to share my experience with the people managing Bloomfield Homes at Windsong Ranch. This is a good community good locality but even 2848 sqft house also they’re overpriced. I’m not sure why people gonna pay 800 K for two bedroom apartment size houses. We looked at 4171 Millpond Drive and it very tiny hall even you cannot fit two sofas and master bedroom also you can not fit kind size bed. But whoever taking this house, definitely gonna regret it. It will not have good selling price also in the future.
Peter and Jordan are amazing ! They helped me soo much thru the whole build process. They are transparent and nice genuine people. We have no complaints with the construction and highly recommend going with Bloomfield and Peter.

Peter (Sales Manager) and Jordan (Construction Manager) have been amazing during this whole process! We can’t wait for our new home to be done, and very pleased with the service we have received from them.
