Mariko Shelton is the best ObGyn I have ever had. She is so kind, caring and understanding of any situation you share - she was 100% the reason I went to this practice. the doctors and nurses are great they knew what they are doing but the wait. I think part of the problem is the front desk, my last appointment I was the only person in the lobby I came up and signed in on the clipboard. She didn’t even look at the clipboard until 10 minutes later. Just poor service they had to order something before I could make an appointment I had to call every week for 3 weeks then when I called they were able to get me in the same day like why would I have to call they should have called me when they go... read more
Literally every single time I have to come back here I wait atleast 2 hours in the room! A different doctor office joined this one and there’s like 5-6 doctors and you still have to wait for hours! I’m here now and my appointment was at 9:30a it’s now currently 10:42 and not a single person has come in the room and said anything! After this visit I will no longer be returning and I’m only here for birth control!!!
Dr. Shelton is a gem. I’ve never met with a doctor quite like her before—she’s empathetic, relatable and really put me at ease. I had a bit of a wait, but I think that’s because she’s spends so much time with each of her patients. It was so refreshing to have a doctor really be in the moment and focused on my care—not the clock. You can tell she has a lot of passion for her work. I’d recommend her to anyone.
The wait time is ridiculous. They don't even let you know the doctor is running late or nothing. I've been at my appointment for a hour now and still haven't seen the doctor.
