Decent service, long wait times. I paid my bill the day of service before I left the office, months later I was sent another bill for the same service I paid for, with an added upcharge of another influenza test. It took multiple weeks to call the billing center and get this cleared. When asked why I was charged for another influenza test, the billing support tech answered that maybe they thought my insurance was just gonna pay the charge. Jenny, Rania and Tammy were so incredibly helpful when I brought my 11 year old son in for a fracture. They assessed him right away and even gave treats & toys to my two other kiddos who were there with me. I couldn’t ask for more compassionate and caring people to treat my son! Will definitely be back for any of our Urgent Care needs so long as these folks are here!! TOP NOTCH!
I went there today, and Jennie, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. The provider, Rania, listened to my concerns and addressed everything I came for. I highly recommend this urgent care!
