I’m extremely frustrated with Bloomfield Eye Associates. CVS has been trying to refill my prescription for more than two weeks, and I’ve called nearly every day. The office simply does not pick up the phone, and I’ve been unable to get an urgent refill approved. I have glaucoma and this medication is required twice daily—interruptions can worsen my condition.
