Very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
I was very pleased during my last visit at Bloomfield Eye Associates. My wait time was less than half the time of my previous visits. The entire staff was professional, courteous and pleasant. During my exam Abby was diligent in making sure that she took the time to explain the process. She was very attentive. I have a new doctor Nia Phillips and so far it's a win for me. I'm looking forward to working with her. I don't usually look forward to doctor visits but I left feeling at ease.
Having to wait 59 minutes to go in for my appointment was frustrating for and disrespectful to me.
Everyone was very friendly from Abby who did all The pretesting and Dr Lynch who answered all my questions.
The staff and Dr. Phillips were wonderful!
