I'm not the type of customer who has the time or energy to leave a bad review but this time around i decided to. First of all let me say Fabian is very nice, polite and professional. Couple of times I've been there not once has Fabian been rude or unpleasant to me. I went to the shop last friday and Fabian gave me a price quote and i mentioned to him I'll stop by this week to make the deposit so he can order the parts for the repairs. Bloomfield collision was great! I was rear ended on 01/31. Geico sent me to bloomfield collision on 02/09 & my car was ready by 02/19! They sent me updates every step of the way & did a great job! The ladies in the office were so sweet and helpful. Fabian was great too! He made the process incredibly easy, & allowed me to pick up my car extra early so that I could make it to work on time. I’m super happy with the work, great place!
Had someone key my vehicle. I went there Sat right before they was an about to close spoke with Ashlee wonderful. Fabian too a look said come back Mon. In at 8ish about before 9 Fabian said he’d take care of it. HE DID!!!
Used this service several times for family and friends. Always responsive, great service and great results. Highly recommend.
