I applied for a small loan at the Waterford location on an asset owned outright - to rebuild my credit along with another open line of credit paid on time for a year . Without going into greater detail , after working with the loan officer, Renee and veiwing my credit , we found 4 items , 3 of which did not belong to me on my report that would hold up getting loan .
