I recently had a colonoscopy at this facility. Everyone was amazingly courteous, kind and exceptionally skilled. Even the simplest things were thought of and my care and comfort were always their priority throughout my visit. I arrived at my scheduled time of 7:15am and was released post recovery at approximately 10am. It was a much different experience than my previous procedures at the hospital. I highly recommend this facility and the people who work in it.
Stay away from this place and select a different center for your procedure. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait over an hour and a half before being called. The waiting room is congested and noisy. There is no privacy. You are asked personal questions in the open which everyone in the waiting area can hear. I've been to a few outpatient surgical centers, but none like this. And after this experience, I will change doctors rather than come here again. They receptionists and the surgeon team are the most sweetest people. They made me feel comfortable, gentle, and made me feel at home.
I went through a light surgery on my nose due to inflammation in my nostril and the staff team went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly, caring and helpful making the process easy and comfortable. The staff members are attentive and actually make sure you're comfortable and have a smooth experience. No need to be nervous for surgeries with them these people are AMAZING just follow their pre and post operation instructions and you'll be fine 10/10 experience ☑️ Special thanks to:
I had cataract surgery here on both of my eyes a couple weeks apart. Everyone was professional, courteous and caring. If I have any future medical procedures that require outpatient surgery I would not hesitate to go back.
