I am extremely disappointed with your service. My husband placed an order as a surprise for our anniversary — it was supposed to be a large bouquet. Instead, what arrived looked as if it came from a supermarket, the package was opened and damaged, and the bottle of wine was missing. This is completely unacceptable. How can you claim to provide a professional service if you fail to deliver what was promised? Wish I could give zero stars! Also wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from this scammy company. The flowers hardly looked like the picture on the website. Paid for wine to be delivered with the flowers and that didn’t happen. Asked for a refund for the wine (not a credit!) and still haven’t heard back. Paid $119 in total for a bouquet of flowers that I could have gotten from Costco or Safeway for $30ish. So disappointing.
