I am very impressed with the quality of the flowers and how easy it is to place an order.
Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered online and PAID for Saturday delivery, only for the next day to get an email to say it wouldn’t be delivered for another 4 days after the original order date. I called them up and asked to cancel to which they said no it would delivered on time. I was fine with that. Then 2 hours later I got an email AGAIN to say it was postponed AGAIN till the Wednesday for delivery. I called up instantly asked for a refund.
