Hello, I’m extremely disappointed with this order and the overall service. 1. Late Delivery: I placed the order before 1:00 PM on July 30st with the expectation of same-day delivery as clearly advertised on your website. However, the flowers were delivered the next day — completely missing the occasion. 2. I have never had a problem with Bloomex thus far. My orders have been delivered on time and have been as I expected. I just ordered a gift basket this morning so cannot review that.

Website very easy to navigate, items all reasonably priced with a great variety of gift options. I ordered 2 corporate giftboxes for same day delivery and it was delivered with great care and promptness.

I chose a bouquet to ne delivered to the hospital. Paid for a vase thinking at least they will be trimmed and in the vase for the new parents at the hospital. I didn't expect the exact match to the picture on the website as it told me not to... but what I ordered and what was received is disgistingly different. And I even paid for the suoer size bouquet. They look like a $15 bouquet from the corner store that were not even trimmed to fit the vase... see what I ordered snd what I got... .. ripped off and fooled. Do not recomm... read more
