This was our first time using this florist, and it exceeded all expectations. We sent a birthday bouquet to our sister recovering from a head injury, and it brought such joy to her day. Everyone was impressed, and we’ll certainly be back.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- RIP OFF! Can you give less than 1 star is that possible because even 1 star is too much in my opinion and experience! I ordered a basket of flowers for close family members birthday which cost $230+ but they didn't have it in stock so they emailed saying they were upgrading due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately what was received was the equi agent of a bouquet they sell for $100 so a total rip off!!! The note for the bouquets were also terrible and completely mixed up!!! I made an order and did a couple of changes after. I rang the customer service and the lady who helped me was just great. Her name was Jay and she was very helpful. Overall great service!
