I ordered some flowers today with Bloomex and spoke to a lovely lady named Ann, she was very friendly and extremely helpful. I have always been pleased with the flowers I have ordered through Bloomex and highly recommended them . Thankyou Sue

After my most recent experience, I've updated my review from 5 stars to 1 star as it clear that Bloomex do not give the same quality or service that I experienced with my previous orders. Terrible service, sends by Australia Post (which then ignores delivery instructions or even makes the attempt to deliver at all), resulting in the missed delivery date by days - even after confirming on the phone multiple times and being assured.

My mother ordered a gift basket as a surprise for my birthday. It arrived 4 days late, 8 days after her order and after 2 more calls to Bloomex. A $74.95 basket contained 2 tea bags, 1 coffee bag & 1 hot chocolate sachet. A box of chocolates, melted into a lump, some stale pretzels & dry biscuits. Most of it wasn't edible. While it was a lovely thought, it was a total waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would.

terrible customer service. I purchased some flowers and requested a delivery on a Saturday. Thought it was all good until I received an email saying the don't deliver on the weekend. This is after it let me select the Saturday delivery online. Then it took another 3 hours to get my order cancelled and a refund. Do not use these idiots under any circumstances.
