I placed an order for my daughters "16th" birthday with flowers, a bear and balloon. They personally called / text me to ask if i wanted a generic balloon or a "16" birthday balloon. That goes above and beyond for me as most companies would have just thrown a balloon on the delivery and been done with it. This is why I keep going back to them for all my flower needs!!
