Came here for some training. I didn't learn anything new it was basic information on how to use the terminals. I had hoped to learn more about specific keys and shortcuts. The trainer basically said he'll have to look at my request after the class akd get back to me. We'll that wasn't really helpful because the trainer followed up.
Visited only the Shop area, display area. Staff are cool, and unless needed give us the space. To visit all sections give yourself some time. For nice views of Magnificent Mile from the glass panels, go in evening.
