Went in so I didn’t have to wear contacts anymore. First surgery was talked into one eye distance one up close by the nurse the day of my surgery . Was terrible and had double vision in both eyes , or what they called shadowing. Had surgery on the up close eye again so they were both the same. Still double vision in both and hard to see. Then had a 3rd surgery on both eyes , and again still have the shadowing and had to be put back in contacts ( by my previous eye dr.) . I had PRK surgery . Similar to Lasik surgery. I have always had great experience here.
I hate to say this but for anyone thinking about lasik I would not recommend doing it here maybe im just an exception but I had one a few yrs ago and was verbally promised they could get it as good as wearing glasses or contacts especially if I did one and another touch up so I decided to get that package and ended up doing it twice like they recommended and from my understanding if one didn't get it as good as they could the 2cd would be guaranteed to and I was never even close to seeing as good as good as I could with glas... read more
I had cataract surgeries on both my left and right eye a week apart back in June. I highly recommend Bloomberg Eye Center and Dr. Shahinfar, who did a great job. The procedures were quick (about 10 minutes per eye for the actual surgery) and painless. My eyesight improved dramatically after these two surgeries.
