UPDATE! I had my first MFR session with Diane today and I don’t think I have ever felt better after ANY kind of massage or bodywork. If you haven’t tried this yet - I cannot recommend it enough. I have been going to Diane for massages for about a year. She is a superb massage therapist, with great skill, confidence and professionalism. I had a lymphatic massage which helped me greatly. Diane listens to my issues and addresses them accordingly. She is kind, fun, loving and caring. Thank you Diane for caring for me.
First off, let me start by saying that I am a diehard fan of Diane's massages. I wanted to try her new Myofascial Release Therapy, but I was afraid I would miss my regular therapeutic massage. Boy, was I wrong! I think I melted into the table. My relaxation was intensified many times over and I already booked my next appointment! Diane has truly been a blessing by helping me on my journey of self care and wellness.
